About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join us and help us grow our client’s IT teams whose responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies based on the client requirement for leadership and mid-career hiring.
  • Provide talent insights and talent landscape to the clients
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Advising clients on the talent availability and effective hiring process relevant to the market
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for Mid-senior & senior roles
  • Managing the KPIs for each engagement and reporting them on a periodic schedule to key stakeholders of the clients.
  • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding
  • Managing key client stakeholders and be one point of issue/escalation resolution.
  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Create a roadmap to company's goals Vs achievement.
  • Works with the business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts.

What we look at :

  • More than 5 years experience in talent acquisition in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Ability to source and engage candidates from entry level to senior roles
  • Expert at sourcing suitable talent from multiple online channels. Able to guide and mentor sourcing specialists on sourcing techniques
  • Hands on experience with candidate mapping and creating talent landscape reports.
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create and release job descriptions and announcements.
  • Demonstrated comfort with technology including applicant tracking software experience
  • Regional / Global exposure would be an added advantage
